My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service was impeccable, the location was perfect, and I especially enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar in the afternoons. The only downside was the expensive dining options, particularly when traveling with kids.

Initially, we had interconnecting rooms but upgraded to a suite with a separate bedroom. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large bath, closet, desk, and chaise. However, it was quite humid after taking a shower. The service was top-notch, with staff excelling at their positions and being super friendly and extremely helpful without expecting tips. The location, although not on a higher floor, offered unparalleled service and was home to the in-house winery Willow Creek Winery, but the steep hills made getting around a bit challenging. Dining was on the expensive side but very nice, providing a convenient food option on-site. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were simply beautiful and very spacious, fulfilling all our expectations and even more. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was top-notch, within walking distance to Chinatown and the financial district.
